2021-Present

Marketing Content Manager

At ESW I write, edit, and manage the blog which has seen a 3x increase in readers since I took it over.

 

I also oversee the annual Global Voices survey. This project includes creating the survey which is deployed to more than 18,000 people in 18 countries, managing vendor relationships, and producing and promoting results and reports.

Last year, I took over responsibility for the corporate LinkedIn page and implemented an employee article strategy that has increased engagement.

2020-2021

Content Director

At MMC (now linqd.), my role was client-facing. In that capacity, I created email marketing journeys, managed freelancers, and performed and analyzed A/B testing.

2018-2020

Communication Specialist

At CDPHP, B2C product marketing for the Medicare Advantage plan was my primary responsibility. In that role, I developed and created print, digital, website, and social media content that simplified the complexity of the product. As a result, we saw 10% annual enrollment increases.

2014-2018

Journalist

For two years, I was the staff writer at
Sauce Magazine where I covered breaking news as well as the people and trends that make
St. Louis one of the best food cities in America.

For two years, I was a reporter at
The Daily Gazette in Schenectady, NY and covered local news for the town of Niskayuna.
